If you want more information on the services LifeLinks provides or are ready to schedule an appointment, call our main number (217) 238-5700 and ask for our Access Center.

Our Access Center Coordinator, Angie, will ask you some questions in order to help link you to the most appropriate clinician and /or program at LifeLinks.

Angie will ask you:

Why are you calling today?
What kinds of symptoms or issues are you having?
Have you had any mental health or substance abuse treatment in the past?
How did you hear about LifeLinks or who referred you to us?
Do you have any insurance or a medical card?

Angie will help to determine if LifeLinks is the best place to help meet your needs and concerns. If so, she will discuss with you available appointment times or how long she estimates it may be before she can schedule an appointment. Sometimes she will suggest an alternative treatment provider or community resource for you.

So, don’t delay. Pick up the phone and call today. If she is on the line helping another consumer, you may get her voicemail. Please leave a message and a phone number so she can return your call.
