As a 501c3 not for profit agency, LifeLinks’ mission is to design and deliver an array of high quality, cost effective, outpatient behavioral health services oriented toward consumer recovery and responsive to the needs of the consumers, their families and the community.

Our staff is ready to assist you!

Office hours for Outpatient Services are:

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday
11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday

Community Support Services are

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday
9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday

Psychosocial Rehabilitation are

8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
