Receiving DUI Evaluation Services

The DUI evaluation process at LifeLinks involves 3 steps:

  1. You must bring in required documentation, pay your fee and complete an Adult Substance Use and Driving Survey (ASUDS).
  2. After your initial appointment, you will be scheduled to meet with a licensed counselor for a face-to-face evaluation.  The purpose of the evaluation is to determine the extent of your alcohol and drug use and the associated risk to public safety.  The evaluation will result in a recommendation for the service that is consistent with your risk level.  Your evaluator will fully explain the recommendation and assist you in addressing your treatment needs.
