Community Support Services

Adult services specific to the treatment of major psychiatric disorders (such as schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder, major depression, etc.)

Available services include:

  • Clinical Case Management for linkage with other needed resources, individual as well as group counseling, and skills training and community integration activities.
  • Nursing Services for medication administration, medication monitoring and training, and support to psychiatrist.
  • Psychiatric evaluations and medication prescription and monitoring via telepsychiatry.
  • Connections a place that offers social connectedness, skill enhancement, constructive use of leisure time, skill building, peer support and a sense of belonging for adults living with a mental health disorder.
  • Housing for single adults with serious and persistent mental illness including supervised, supported living & independent living options
  • IPS – (Individual Placement and Support) for eligible clients who need assistance with job seeking and job placement.
  • Recovery Support Services provided by one who has a personal experience of recovery and can provide unique insights to help others in their recovery process.
  • WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) development.
  • WHAM (Whole Health Action Management) groups
  • FIRST.IL LifeLinks providing a specialized treatment program that helps an individual experiencing a first episode of psychosis. Instills hope and quick engagement in the recovery process.
